Beams: How to show differently on FP, RCP, and RP?

Our office would like to perform the follow for beams/trellis/overhang:

On the:
Floor Plan - shown as dashed lines
Reflected Ceiling Plan - shown as solid lines
Roof Plan - shown as solid lines

Any tips and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Our current workaround appears to be inefficient, as we're placing just using 2D lines (I know ... ugh) on the Floor Plan to show the outline of the beams/trellis/overhang.

Appreciated.

Easily accomplished with Graphic Overrides. It would be worth it to learn how to use them. You could put these elements on a single layer and have that layer use different line types depending on the view.

Thanks, but...

I did a typo -

FP - dashed
RCP - solid
RP - solid

Same solution, or different?

Same solution. You just create a Floor Plan graphic override that has as one of its rules that all objects on layer "XXX" will be dashed.
