Bermuda Shutters

Any way to make shutters angle outwards in a Bermuda style shutter(like the image attached)? Archicad24 on Mac.

Here's a quick mash-up with the setting, and once again - pardon my French. Will this do? 

You can add the divisions too and schedule these elements easily.
