Calculation based on Fill Types

I am not sure if ArchiCAD 15 can calculate based on Fill Types.

If possible, some guideline please.

Yes it can, but it's too large a subject to cover here. Read up on the calculation functions, try it out and then post your specific questions.

Do you know any quantity surveyor who is expert who I can bother a lot with?

Perhaps Eric Wilk's book "From CAD to Quantity Survey" would help. It's not on Amazon but is sold by most ArchiCAD dealers. It's quite thorough and manages to make fairly clear a process that is anything but.
