Can someone point me to a link where I can add on the PolyCount palette in my AC16?

As far as I know, it's still a downloadable add on, as it was not in my stock 16 add-ons list.

Although the Read-me only mentions 15. ??
But file is called: Polycount16 3006-USA.exe
and works on 16.
