Alt-click the door to be copied. Then, Control-Alt-click the doors to be changed.

Using the Eye dropper and the syringe. I have a mac g4 laptop running os-x so I think the keys are a little different. Mine are apple click and apple option click. Copies all of the properties. That is if you dropper a door symbol on a single door and syringe a double door the symbol properties will change, which is good, but the double door becomes a single, which is not good. I was hoping there was a way to change just the marker properties without changing the door itself.

It takes a lot of time if you have to change each one individually and you have to do 50 of them.
Also, try applying the syringe to the preview in the Library window (lower left panel by default); undocumented feature that many spoke about, Karl first AFAIR.
