Changing background color....

I have gone through the work environment menu multiple times and cannot find where the option is to change the background color in ArchiCAD from white to whatever else I want it to be. I'm sure I'm just skipping over it somewhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction??

Since you are using Mac Os 10.5 in
Help Menu > Search,
type; grid
and select Grid Options > Grid and Background.

For window users it is under
Menu View > Grid Options

The background color is not part of the WE it is part of the Template.
