Have any Mac users out there found a good way to make tabbed lists like the example I have attached below?

Since I am on a Mac I can't use Excel (no OLE right?). I also can't seem to get the Calculate function or something like ArchiTabula to word wrap within the column and thus space the next line item properly below.

Any good ideas? Manually spacing these keynote lists in ArchiCAD without a tab function really takes too much time.
