Complex profile - Hollow Circle

I want to make a hollow circle as a custom profile, to use as a beam.

But i can't figure out how to subtract the middle area of a filled circle? That has to be possible? Can someone help me with this?

I'm on macOSX if that makes any difference..

To make holes in fills you can either draw them directly in the selected fill (with the fill tool active) Or use the magic wand in the selected fill on a drawn circle (or other line/arc/polyline) shape.
