Complex profile edge thickness

is there any way to thicken the edges to get this effect without make to separate profiles?i want to create a similar white accent but not protruding

What do you mean by thickening the edges? I don't see any difficulty making what you describe with profiles. Depending on the details it may require more than one profile. Each one has to have a uniform cross section.

when u make a profile you can have different material on the side of the profile when u use it in archicad, for instance in profile manager my profile is steel but i have selected pine as my material in the wall settings. as a result the sides are pine and the profile is steel, i wanna thicken the steel, is that possible without create an all steel profile

I assume you are referring to the end materials, and yes they can only be of one uniform material. So if you want one that renders the ends in a combination of steel and pine (or whatever) then that requires two (or more) profiles.
