help with zooming

i have problem with zooming. i want to know where i can modify the setting for zooming with the scroll wheel, because now when i scroll it goes up and down and its not zooming? please someone tell me about this? thanks

Look for mouse settings in the Control Panel (Win) or System Preferences (Mac).
