Create Complex Profile from Parallel Elements

The Help Center explains how to Create Complex Profile from Parallel Elements by using the Edit > Reshape > Merge Walls/Columns/Beams. But the Reshape command does not show anything that says Merge Walls/Columns/Beams.

Are you using a custom work environment?
If so maybe those commands aren't in your menu structure.
Try the standard work environment or add them to your custom one.
