Hi,

Yes, but only if you use lines to "write" the word Site. 

Easiest way to do this, in my opinion, would be to get a 3D text, write Site, grab the fills/ lines from there (in 3D Axonometrical view). Paste them into a layout (so the "explode") as lines and fills, and then define a new symbol line around that.

You could also try my object that I have done some years ago (doesn't support arcs, but they rarely (never?) happen with site boundaries tho).
