The closest you will be able to get to this is to use separate section lines (one of them on an angle) and then join the drawings together on a layout page.

The way i've dealt with this situation in the past is to use two section lines (with one head showing only at the 'outside' ends and placing them so that the internal ends meet. They can't have the same ID, so i named them something like A and A1, but then changed the text in A1 to custom text 'A'.
I then placed both generated sections in the layout next to each other.
I last did this before the Trace tool was available (seems like a looooong time ago), so i may even have had to cut and paste between the two section windows to co-ordinate notes/dimensions etc. Using the Trace tool, it should be much easier to do this.
