Along with the SHIFT+R relative method of dragging a point not working anymore, I notice the Snap Cursor Variant button on the Control Palette no longer works and the Absolute/Relative toggle next to 'r' and 'a' doesn't stay set to relative.

I originally thought it had something to do with Teamwork - because I'm a 'Partial Elements' type of guy, and others in the project prefer 'Entire Elements' and it was only doing this while working in a TW project with those people. I thought perhaps the 'send and receive' was somehow sending that setting as well. But it hasn't been consistent, so I haven't been able to determine what is going on.
