Curtain Wall Elements turn black

SebBRU

Hello everyone,

my problem with the Curtain Wall Tool started to occur since yesterday.

when I try to fill an empty spot in my curtain wall with a CW window, or when I change the type of window, the whole object suddenly turns black. However, when I check the preview in the settings everything looks fine. I tried everything, the overwrite options, I checked all the settings for mistakes and eventually even resorted to redrawing it but the problem stays the same. For some reason this occurs to all the CW windows and CW doors member types.

Is this a bug or am I simply missing something?

Grateful for any help I can get.

Kind regards,

Seb

Hello David,

I already checked the settings on the panel itself. There's no overwrite active.

It really looks like a bug to me or maybe the file is corrupted.

What I should have mentioned as well is that it's a Teamwork file. What I will try now is to save it as a pla. and open it locally. Maybe that will help...

Thanks for your advice with the signature, I adapted it.

Does it appear black to the other teamwork members?

Just wondering if it is a teamwork reservation colour (I don't use teamwork so not sure of the terminology).

But don't elements change colour as you reserve them?

Hello everyone,

just a little update. I saved it as a .pla and nothing changed. So, seems to be a bug.
