Curtain wall problem

When I draw a curtain wall I accept the points then it moves away, When I select created courtain wall a line construction exists from points to courtain wall, what is this about?

There is an option in the Curtain Wall settings to offset the reference line. Adjust the values to get the desired placement. See below.
