It is possible to model a single staircase with both a straight and a curved section,like the floor plan in the image? structurer + finish or only with finish

No, it is not possible.

I would probably create the cross section of the Stair geometry in the Profile Manager and create the Stair using a profiled Wall/Beam element.

Other possibilities are using the Morph tool or even the Slab tool.

finally i created the finish with stair and the structure with complex profile
