I perfer to see the window size on the plan as (2640) instead of (2'-6" by 4') like all the AC markers write it. Is there a way to make your own Dimension Marker that does this?

Yes (with a little GDL). Edit your existing Window/Door Marker or copy/create your own. You can define/edit the dimension formatting to your liking.
