Custom TOOLBARS? How to bring into the center of the screen in AC22?

So..I've made a custom toolbar which contains my favorite "MOVE" and "COPY" commands. I know the toolbar is somewhere on the AC22 environment but I can't seem to see it on the screen. Not even when I move and relocate ALL my toolbar and pet pallette arrangements. How can I show that custom toolbar right in the center of my screen so I can position it to where I want it?

It may be easier to find if you go to: Window> Toolbars, and one by one
turn off all of "checked" toolbars. Note: It may be "docked" along the top of your screen.

If you want to un-dock it. Click on the small vertical line at the left edge of
the toolbar and drag it to where you want it.

Don't forget to redefine the "Workspace Scheme" to save the positioning.
