Depends on the door used.

Are you talking about ArchiCad doors and opposed to CadImage doors?

What I mean is that the options available in the door are entirely dependent on how it was scripted.
Since I don't use either the Archicad nor Cadimage doors, I cannot speak to their abilities. Although when I tried the Archicad doors ages ago, they only offered limited flexibility for the trim.
I have used the D3 doors and they have some ability to customize the trims and were a large improvement for me. Then later I wrote my own in order gain more flexibility and to work the way I wanted to.

Are your doors and windows available? Do you them for residential?
