Unfortunately there is no separate setting for Cut Fills for Floor Plan and Section.
Another option would be to use Graphic Overrides to override the Cut Fills, but Graphic Overrides override the Cut Fills of all skins of a Composite, not only ones meeting the Override criteria.
So there is no easy way to do it, only workarounds like drawing over Fills.

I found a workaround.I set my section to cut foreground owerride and the material i wanted to view in diferent styles to a foreground the same color as the background color.
