Cut wall edge

Hello, please can you help me with this detail. I need to do classic wooden house and I really don´t know how to do edge like on the image. Thaks for all.

Simple...

click on wall tool, go to log details and assign properties of logs...

then create morph shape of object which will serve you as a cutter of logs...

Finish it with subtraction command !
