You can influence it if you change the default settings of your slab tool and wall tool.
The "Height to Next" is actually your default slab thickness added to your default wall height.
So if you change either or both of those to add together to be the height you want then all will be fine.
Trouble is it is just as quick to add a floor an adjust the height as it is to check the defaults and adjust those just so you get the right floor levels.
