Dimension walls?

Ok well i'm fairly new to archicad, but i have built a few houses. I am currently working on a house and having some issues. Usually when i draw walls i can type the dimension that i want that wall to be (like 26') and it will become that size. However, on the house i am working on now when i draw a wall and try to type the size, nothing happens. I can't dimensions them! SOMEONE HELP ME!

Check that the tracker is on.

Options -> Work Environment -> Tracker
