Displaying window sills at smaller scale?

here's the delima.
i'm sure it's a no brainer easy fix for you guru's.
I have windows with sills. the sills "don't show graphically" at scales below 1/4"=1'-0"...........how do I get them to show at scales such as 1/8", 3/32" etc...???

ok...found where it manipulates the "scale sensitive" in the 2D radio button.....
