Hello there..
I'm trying to make a dome that its height doesn't equal its radius…

Something like this.. Any idea how?

Look at the 'Construction Method' buttons in the shell settings.
You can create a 'Simple' rotated shell (semi-circular dome) and then adjust the profile shape afterwards or you can create a 'Detailed" rotated shell where you can specify the profile shape that you want to rotate.
