Door in a module not picking up which Zone it is in

We are working on a hotel project and we previously setup and issued Door Schedules using Modules of the Bedrooms placed in the main Project and everything was tickety boo.

Buuut we had to make some corrections and now all the doors in the Bedroom modules do not pick up which zone they are in but even more weirdly when you list the Zones it picks up the Doors but the IFC field I'm using to combine the Zone number with a unique door number doesn't display the Zone, just the unique number!

I have tried recreating the IFC property but it didn't make any difference.

Any ideas how to get this working again?

The door object was edited in the listing parameters section to amend some spec refs. None of the dimensional setting were changed.

The Zone associated with the doors is automatically updating so no problem with that either. I'm stumped
