Double section markers

My secton markers heads are all double. One large and one big.
This happens with any section marker I use. It does not show up in Layout. Just in planview/model space, what ever we call it these days.

Any one else seen this happen ? I have reloaded the libraries and a few other things. It just started doing this. ??

Steve,
A little more information:
Which AC?
Which marker?

Perhaps a screen shot?
By any chance did you accidentally duplicate your section markers?
