Edit story levels

Hi,

I want to copy the walls and columns from ground floor plan to first floor plan in version 14.unfortunately, when I go to design menu , the EDIT STORY LEVELS is inactive.Any idea how can I copy the walls and columns from one level to another?(please step by step)

That is not the right command for this.
The simpler way: select the elements, copy, change story, paste.
OR
use the command "Edit Elements by Story" (not sure this is the exact command name in English). You can find it right-clicking on a floor name or icon, in the Navigator.
