GDL Toolbox 2.1 Free Download... Anyone use it?

Firstly... any experiences on this -good or bad?

Secondly... I just downloaded it from Archi-data (for Mac), and ended up with a GDLToolbox.dat file... What do i do with it?

Got the 'GDL Toolbox Installer' file? Double-click it and it opens in Stuffit. It unpacks 'GDL Toolbox Installer.1' Run that. The open dialog wants you to find your AC application. That's it. Not the most hand-holding installer I've seen on a Mac.

Haven't used the tools. I'd be very surprised if competes with 'Forma, but for the price...

The installer file is unrecognisable. Have tried downloading it on two separate computers. I've never had a problem with these types of files.
