Ghost Story Plotting in PM?

I am able to display and print ghost walls on stories below in AC, but when I import the quickview into PM, it will not print them. If it cannot plot them in PM, how are others displaying first story walls on second story floor framing plans or roof framing plans?

Overlay two drawings and set all the pens in the background drawing to grey.
