Help making irregular ramp

Hello everyone:

Im trying to model the same irregular curved street from that image, but i just can`t do it .





Basically what i do is with the magic wand and the roof tool create a 2d figure, but in 3d the angles are always wrong (getting angles in different directions). Modifying the roof with morph helps, but the result is a messed up shape -_-.

What can i do?,

Check if this helps. I would draw the street section as a custom profile for the Beam and I would split the beam at different known elevations.
