How do you cut out sections of walls? Theres no 'remove node

The 'subtract from polygon' tool doesnt show up when selecting the edge of a wall, how is this done? I want to cut out a section in the middle of a wall.

Wait, are you sure you are using ArchiCAD? There has never been a "subtract from polygon" tool for walls. (would be nice, though)

It is unclear what kind of shape you are trying to subtract. You can always use a doorway or open window. But if irregular, you will need to create a solid (using a beam or wall with a complex profile, or a morph) and use SEO.

You can cut out on walls using windows, doors, roofs and other Volumes using the SOE-commands.
