How to ARRAY along a Path..?

guys need some advice..

how do we array along a path?

thanks in advance..

1. Select your object
2. select Multiply on the pet palette (ctrl + u)
3. Set your increments
4. Check the Pick Path Before Input box
5. Hit OK then select your line (think this needs to be continuous)
6. Click on your objects anchor point
7. Click your end point.

That is because it is a new Archicad 21 feature - does not exist in 20.

There was the special align and special distribute commands (they are still there in 21 as well).
But they could only align/distribute to lines and curves - not splines.

Question to all: how can you distribute a 90-degree line along an arc without losing the right angle?

Use the 'Rotate to path' option for the rotation of copies rather than 'None' or "Randomise'.
Or instead of using the 'Drag' multiply option use the 'Rotate' option and use the centre of the arc as the rotation point.
