As i'm beginner in ArchiCAD 19, I drafted and designed one single project in Windows 8, but when i installed that version on my new desktop computer and opened the project, i've got a problem, maybe i have to change view setting, but i don't really know how to fix. Please help me, thanks)

It looks to me as if you are using the OpenGL engine for the 3D view on the left and the Internal engine for the 3D view on the right.
If that is not it then your surface textures are missing (you should be able to see that in your Library Loading Report).
They will be in the loaded library used on the machine on the left.
You will need to copy that library (or at least the textures in it as you seem to have the objects) to the other machine and re-load it.
But I am thinking it is just the 3D engine you are using -VIEW menu > 3D View Mode ... choose OpenGL.
Barry.

Thank you Barry!
I followed your advice, I changed OpenGL 3D Engine from Vectorial 3D Engine on 3D View Options, problem is solved, thanks a lot!
