How to get opening lines from windows and doors off 3D documents

I have saved a 3D document view of a 3D perspective, and the opening lines from the windows and doors are showing up on the 3D document (as in the attachment) - in the window settings under model display -> appearance ...I have unticked the "shows in 3D views", and it doesn't show on the 3D perspective, but shows on the 3D document
How do I get the opening lines to turn off on the 3D document view??

In the Model View Options Dialog, go to the "Miscellaneous Settings for Library Parts" panel and uncheck the "Door" or "Window" chechbox in the "Show Opening Line in 3D" field. See if that helps.
Since this is an MVO settings, it is stored in Views so it may change when another View is activated.
