How to render wireframe perspective without showing all?

I want to create a wireframe render that would show only the external countours of the building and not the whole entire frame. I have attached an example (image credits: www.123rf.com).

That is not a wire frame render but a "hidden line" type. Read in the Manual about 3D Documents.
