Unfortunately there is no simple way that I know of (unless there is an eyebrow dormer object that would do the trick).

One method is to create the roof using the curved roof geometry method, save it as a library part, and add a parameter for rotation in GDL. This is not too hard for someone familiar with these things but a bit daunting for someone who is not. (This actually would work better with the wall tool since it can create actual curved - not segmented - forms.)

Otherwise it could be scripted entirely in GDL or created with an add-on such as Archiforma or Maxonform.

Sorry for the bad news. Hopefully GS will give us true curved roofs sometime soon.

To make a tilted eyebrow as sketched requires a Complex Profile used in the BEAM tool and some SEO.

The BEAM tool is unique in Archicad because it tilts while maintaining its orthagonal shape.

1: Create your eyebrow in the Complex profile window.
2: apply it to a BEAM
3: Place the BEAM into the supporting roof
4: Apply the incline in the BEAM tool
5: For the SEO phase 1: use the BEAM as Operator and the ROOF as Target - subtract with extrude down
6: For the SEO phase 2: use the ROOF as Operator and the BEAM as Target - subtract with extrude down.
