Is this a legacy file with old libraries?
Do you have custom GDL parts?
What version of AC?

Yes, you are saying the right problem in the libraries obtained from the internet, these libraries Russia names are causing problems
My question is what does it mean the numbers on the program?? You can access them through programming to find the library that caused the problem in the form??

To isolate the problematic element, you will need to keep reducing the number of parts in the 3D Window. This can be done a few different ways.
1. Hide 1/2 the layers and check the 3D Window, keep hiding layers until the element is isolated.
2. Same approach, but use the heavy marquee to show 1/2 the model in the 3D Window. Keep cutting down the model until you find the problematic element.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

After using the binary search as David suggests to find the troublesome part(s) you may be able to find and fix the problem in the script, but this particular error will be difficult to impossible to sort out even with expertise in GDL. Better to find or make a substitute part that works.
