I gave my stairs a certain measure and my stair doesn’t do it

We need more information.

What are you trying to change?

Can you show us the settings?

 

Also it is better to use a screen capture tool and paste the image in your reply rather than taking photos of the screen.

Okk. I gave my stairs a 5’ wide measure, but as you can see, the stair doesn’t measure 5’. On the floor plant it shows that is 5’, but in the 3D it’s not.

I tried to replicate your settings and had no trouble (I am not used to suing Imperial measurements).

I can see the outline of your stair is there, but I do not know why it is cut in half and the treads and risers are not showing.

 

I would try a new stair, select from the favourites a basic concrete stair to reset all of the default settings.

(See how a screen capture image is so much nicer that a photo of the screen?).

Hi Denis,

Do you have "3D cutting" on with a vertical cut plane set to the stair axis ?

Just turn it off.
