Importing surveyers data

I have created a mesh from Place Surveyers Data - Design Menu. with Project Zero above Sea Level is zero feet. ( kept as default )

Taken cross section as shown attached image.
Now I want to undersatand how & from where " 68' 3 9/16" value is established.i.e. height of base of mesh above project zero.
