Is this possible to be made in ArchiCAD?

I would like to know, if this project can be made in ArchiCAD:

I am aware of the fact that renderings have been additionally edited in Photoshop, but the thing I am interested in, is the facade (curtain wall).

Can facade be made with all these strips and intersecting lines in ArchiCAD?

That Rotator.gsm you are mentioning, is that some kind of a tool available in Archicad 15? I think I do not have it in Archicad 14.

NO, it is an Object used to rotate other objects. You can download it free from here:
