LOCKING ELEMENTS

HOW CAN SOMEONE LOCK ELEMENTS TOGETHER, SO THAT WHEN ONE ELEMENT MOVES, THE OTHER ELEMENT IS MOVING TOGETHER? (LIKE IN REVIT)
FOR EXAMPLE TO LOCK A COLUMN WITH A BEAM TOGETHER.
