Library gone

My library is playing strange tricks with me, when I double click the chair/object icon to open the library what I get is the object default settings dialogue box for objects I don't have selected or in the plan (see attachment)
This started happening after playing around with Objective!
Has anyone else experienced this?
Is there another way to open the library?
