Loading a project I get the following notice

"The source files of some hot linked modules are missing.
Elements of these modules are visible in this project but you cannot update them."

How do I know which modules this notice is referring and how do I fix.

Open Hotlink Manager. The modules/pln files referenced may be in a different location (or not even present on the computer you're working on) ... you can redirect the links to the proper location there.
