Lost Toolbar and Status Bar (Windows)

Not applicable
In order to make a little more space on my screen I normally switch off the Status Bar at the bottom. Recently I decided to switch the Toolbar off at the top as well (Windows). But as they are both turned off now, I can't right-click either of them to turn the other on. How do I get the Toolbar back?

I don't want to New and Reset as I have everything else just how I like it.

Try moving or minimising all of the 2D, 3D, section and elvation windows so you can see the background.
Right click there and you can turn the tool and status bar back on.

Oh yeah, thanks! That was embarrassingly obvious.

Well, I blame ArchiCAD for not following normal Windows conventions!
