i can't understand . I've checked the wc & slab surface setting and it's SUFACE WHITE but the interior elevation is showing ' BRICK' like surface.

Help!!!!

Your w.c. tank is also brick-filled. If these things are all really 'surface-white', then perhaps somehow you changed the fill for that material.

Go to Options | Materials to get the Materials Settings dialog. Select your white material at the top. In the "3D Hatching" panel, check to see what fill you have selected. The 'factory' setting is 'Empty Fill'.

That's one easy possibility anyway...

thanks karl....it's empty fill and here are the settings....

the tank and the seat materials are the same but the tank is showing ' brick'..?

and the wall cab ( slab) is in surface-white and still showing ' brick'.

is there a bug?

something strange happen after i restarted my computer...the 'brick' surface is gone but the wash basin is not showing....

here's the top view of the bathrm...the basin setting is set at 740mm ht from floor...and it is not showing in the elevation...

Strange. The screenshots helped confirm this is a weird one ... but also show that you have version 7.0 (it seems?). PLEASE change your signature (click Profile) to include your AC version as this can make a difference. It might be a bug in 7.0 that is fixed in the current release?

Sorry I wasn't any help. Maybe someone else has an idea?

How old is the basin library part? I vaguely recall some older parts not showing their contours correctly in elevation. Perhaps you should try a different one.
