MEP preference tables missing

Brian Morgan

I have used Archicad for along time, but never used the MEP modeler.  For some reason the MEP preference tables have been deleted and are missing.  I have the corresponding MEP library loaded but I have no idea how to get the preference tables back?  Any help would be appreciated!

The issue arises when you open an old file in the newer versions.

The preferences table is missing because it was never set up in the first place.

Go to the MEP Route Specifications (could be that those are missing from your Work Environment if you also took that with you from older versions).

In there you have to put in the default sizes you want to use. Of course you can also just export everything from the default template and import it in your file.
