i think the "evidence" you're putting forward might be a little limited in its scope, no? sounds like a corrupt layout to me. the mactel version of AC is far superior to it's PPC counterpart both in terms in speed and stability! there are also some functions of the PPC version that rosetta doesn't support - keep using it and you will not only be working slower than you could be, but you will certainly find a plethora of stability issues.
you think GS would invest resources in producing a mactel archicad if it wasn't necessary?!
delete your layout from the navigator and recreated it. do you get the same problem? if so, let's have some more details and maybe we can help solve the problem properly, eh?
