Masking contour lines

On a floor plan View, is there any way to "mask" the contour lines showing within the building footprint.?

I would like to display the terrain up to the building edge but not showing inside the building.

If your building is a slab then turn on the cover fill and bring to front -this may affect other plans though.
I would just add a separate fill or model the perimeter of your buildings with fills.
You may need to adjust the display order.
